Online Helpdesk

Our preferred method of support, customers may submit requests via our helpdesk here. Our helpdesk is monitored during business hours by Skunk2 staff members. Help Desk allows you to track your request from start to finish and to rate the help you recieved. This is the best way to resolve any questions you have.

ATTN! Before You Submit a Question:

1. Due to the amount of inquiries we get on a daily basis, we ask that ONLY SKUNK2 PRODUCT related questions be asked although you may be able to refer to our Web Resources page to search for topic related inquiries.

2. If your inquring about how much power Skunk2 products will make, please refer to the Skunk2 Cook Book.

3. If you have sales questions, please contact an authorized dealer or contact Skunk2 directly.

Phone Support

We prefer the use of the helpdesk for all support requests due to its efficiency, but phone support is also available during business hours at 951.808.9888.


Return Policy

Merchandise cannot be returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA number must be clearly written on the package.  All returned merchandise must be "like new" and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns from retail warehouses and/or vendors unless the merchandise has been purchased directly through Group A Autosports Inc.  A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise. Used, parted out and/or modified products will not be accepted. Freight must be prepaid on all returned merchandise. Special item orders cannot be returned or cancelled.  Merchandise that does not follow these guidelines will be refused. 

 

Warranty Policy

Group-A Autosports Inc. is pleased to announce an all warranty program. We are extending our standard 90 day warranty to an industry leading 12 month warranty period.

Group-A Autosports Inc., warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service, regardless of mileage, for a period of time not to exceed 12 Months from original date of retail purchase. Parts returned must be determined by Group-A Autosports to be defective prior to any warranty credit or replacement is issued. Group-A Autosports’ obligation under warranty shall be limited to the repairing or replacing, at its option, any part proven defective. The customer must prepay transportation charges. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Group-A Autosports shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. Group-A Autosports shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty. There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set forth above.
