Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING: All products are shipped via UPS with freight and other delivery charges collected. For overseas and international orders, please call for details.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All special orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. The sale of special orders is final and may not be returned.

Technical Support: Technical support will be provided to dealers for Skunk2 Racing, Field Engineering and any other products distributed by Group-A Autosports, Inc.

Warranty: Group-A Autosports Inc. is pleased to announce an all warranty program. We are extending our standard 90 day warranty to an industry leading 12 month warranty period.

Group-A Autosports Inc., warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service, regardless of mileage, for a period of time not to exceed 12 Months from original date of retail purchase. Parts returned must be determined by Group-A Autosports to be defective prior to any warranty credit or replacement is issued. Group-A Autosports’ obligation under warranty shall be limited to the repairing or replacing, at its option, any part proven defective. The customer must prepay transportation charges. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Group-A Autosports shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. Group-A Autosports shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty. There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set forth above.

Returns: Returns will not be accepted without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returned merchandise must be in “like-new” and resellable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. Freight must be prepaid on all returned merchandise. Special order items cannot be returned or canceled.
